a site should be easy to the eyes, when
people look at it they feel like the can just slide their eyes over it.
simple colors like this, and simple fonts like arial, comic sans ms, century
gothic always help. people have this obssesion with simplicity, so no capital
letters, dull colors, boring fonts always keep your viewers tuned.
2-
contents
contents are the
most important part of a website, things like fanfiction or rants always
keep the visitors coming. and if you're really desparate you can
add the sort of stuff that's always kept on animorph websites e.g charactor
descriptions, descriptions of books, the tv show etc. some people may appreciate
that whereas others (pour example moi) would just keep resenting it what
with me having seen that sort of stuff loads of times.
3-
excelence
excelence comes
from #1 and 2, one thing you should always remember: always try to keep
the visitor happy. y'see i've seen a lot of sites that always say "this
site has been shut down because i'm tired..." i totally hate that (you
probably do too) so try in the love of god to keep that stupid website
up!!!
